Delivery Period

Worldwide Shipping 

Delivery period: 10 days 

The products are produced within a 7-day period and shipped in a 3-day period. 

 

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and Saudi Arabia Public Holidays.

  • You will be required to sign on receipt of your delivery

  • For international shipments DHL is our shipping partner.

  • You can track your shipment by clicking on www.dhl.com and entering your order number.

  • Any import duty & taxes are paid upon delivery and are not included in the grand total.

  • We offer worldwide delivery but with some exclusions

If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the products. Sale items and made to order items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. New season kaftans can only be exchanged within 3 days of receiving them, discounted kaftans are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's Payment card and will exclude shipping costs, which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.

All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.
